Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

At Modulab, our mission is to ensure your productions sound incredible. That’s why every sample pack and preset is covered by our Digital Integrity Guarantee.

1. Digital Goods & Right of Withdrawal Since Modulab’s products are irrevocable digital audio files (once downloaded, they remain on your hard drive), they are exempt from standard return policies applicable to physical goods.

By completing your purchase and initiating the download process, you explicitly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge the permanent loss of your 14-day right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article 59 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

2. When We Issue Refunds or Replacements We stand by our quality. We will immediately issue a full refund or a product replacement in the following scenarios:

• Damaged or Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file has technical issues, unwanted artifacts, or is unusable in your DAW.

• Delivery Issues: If you don't receive your download link or encounter server errors preventing access to your sounds.

• Pre-Download Cancellation: If your purchase is complete but the download process has not yet been initiated, you retain the full right to cancel your order for a 100% refund.

3. Need Support? Having an issue with a sound? Don't hesitate. Write to us directly at infomodulabaudio@gmail.com. If a product doesn't meet our technical standards, our team will step in within 24 hours to find a solution, whether it's a replacement pack or a refund. Your music comes first.
