At Modulab, our mission is to ensure your productions sound incredible. That’s why every one of our sample packs and presets is covered by our Digital Integrity Guarantee.

How Our Support Works: Since our products are "irrevocable" digital goods (once downloaded, they remain on your hard drive forever), the law does not allow for standard returns as it does for physical products. However, we want you to feel completely secure. We are committed to refunding or replacing the product in the following cases:

• Damaged or Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file has technical issues or is unusable, we will replace it immediately or issue a full refund.

• Download Issues: If you don't receive your link or encounter server errors, our team will step in within 24 hours to ensure you get access to your sounds.

• Non-Execution: If the download process has not yet started, you have the full right to change your mind and request an order cancellation.

Legal Transparency (Consumer Protection): To guarantee immediate access to your sounds after payment, our system starts the download process instantly. By completing your purchase, you agree that the execution begins immediately and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as provided by law for digital content supplied electronically.

Having an issue with a sound? Don't hesitate. Write to us at infomodulabaudio@gmail.com. If the product doesn't meet our quality or technical standards, we will find a solution whether it's a replacement with another pack or a refund. Your music comes first.
