1. Who we are and what “Services” cover
Modulab operates an online store offering sample packs, musical presets, and related content (“Digital Products”), along with all functionalities, content, tools, products, and services connected to it (collectively, the “Services”). The e-commerce infrastructure is provided by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”).

2. Definition of “Personal Data”
“Personal data” means any information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual. Information that has been anonymized or properly pseudonymized is not considered personal data.

6. Marketing, advertising, and preferences

7. Digital Products and right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83 and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the immediate download of digital content results in the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing and starting the download, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and waive the right of withdrawal.

• To Shopify and other providers offering IT, payment, logistics, or data analytics services
• To advertising partners for targeted campaigns (in accordance with applicable laws and your opt-out choices)

9. Relationship with Shopify
Shopify acts as our platform provider and, for certain “Shopify Enhancements” features, as an independent data controller.
