What is included in each pack?
Each product page lists its presets, samples and bonus content. Choose the format you need before adding it to your bag: presets, samples, or the full pack. Not sure which format you need? Compare samples, presets and full packs in the Pack guide.
How are Modulab sounds made?
Our samples are recorded and refined using analog hardware, vintage synths, modular systems and drum machines. Our Serum presets are created by SAE Institute graduates with more than 10 years of experience in the recording industry. The product pages list the gear used for each sample pack.
Can I use the sounds in commercial releases?
Yes. Our sounds are royalty-free for use in your own music, including commercial releases. You may not redistribute, resell or share the original files as a sound library. The sound files remain the property of Modulab.
Which software do I need?
WAV samples work in DAWs that support WAV audio. Serum presets require Xfer Serum. For pack-specific requirements, check our Compatibility & Specs guide or contact us before purchasing. A Serum licence is not included with the pack.
Can I listen before buying?
Yes. Listen to the product demos and sound previews on the product pages. Try the free Serum preset packs in your own session.
Orders & downloads
How do I receive my files?
Your files are delivered digitally. After checkout, follow the download link provided with your order and in the delivery email. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
My download link is missing or has expired. What should I do?
Contact us at infomodulabaudio@gmail.com with your order number and the email used for your purchase so we can help you access your files.
Is this a subscription?
Pack purchases are one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription charge for a pack.
When is the OASIS vocal pack included?
OASIS is included only with the eligible formats and bundles indicated on the product page. When your purchase qualifies, your bag shows the OASIS bonus as free.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are covered by our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with your order or files, contact support with your order number so we can review it.
